MadFox Theatre has launched a new pricing model aimed at expanding access to live theatre in the Okanagan. With a renewed focus on accessibility, the company is taking meaningful steps to ensure that theatre remains open to a broad and diverse audience despite rising production costs.
At this season’s Musical Mayhem, Artistic Director Pete MacLeod made the announcement to prioritize accessibility as a core pillar of MadFox Theatre’s mission. Under this new structure, every production will feature Early Bird pricing, rewarding audiences who book in advance with reduced ticket rates. In addition, each show will include a Preview Night performance with limited seating via a ‘Pay What You Can’ model - offering an intimate and cost-effective way to experience the work before opening night.
This new pricing initiative will launch with MadFox Theatre’s upcoming production of How I Learned to Drive by Paula Vogel. The production runs March 11–14, 2026 at the Kelowna Innovation Centre in downtown Kelowna.
A special Preview Performance will be held on March 10th, featuring reduced seating and Pay What You Can tickets.
Early Bird pricing for Drive ends Friday night at 11:59pm, March 6th, 2026. Audiences are encouraged to secure seats in advance.
